Solução 03
Asset and application management
The map of the environment, always current: what exists, what it depends on and who answers for each part.
What is at stake
Almost every large operation lives with the same question at the wrong moment: if this server goes down now, what goes down with it? Without the map, the answer becomes a meeting, and the meeting happens with the incident open.
How Master works
Master deploys automatic discovery, validates what it found against what the team knows, and turns the result into a dependency map that survives the next month. An inventory that is only true on deployment day is not an inventory, it is a photograph.
That map does not sit in a separate report. It feeds service management, monitoring and change planning, so that impact analysis stops depending on whoever remembers the environment.
What it includes
- Discovery and dependency mapping
- Asset inventory and lifecycle
- Endpoint management
- Configuration base aligned with service management
The Master way
Discovery and Client Management are BMC. Keeping the map true month after month is Master work.
The technology belongs to the vendor. What Master puts on top of it is people who care, discipline with information, and respect for large operations.
- 01
People who care
Mapping an environment is conversation work: automatic discovery finds the machine, but it is the client team that knows what it is for. Master does that survey together with the people, without treating anyone as a data source.
- 02
Information security
A complete inventory is a target in itself. Collection with least privilege credentials, data kept in the environment agreed with the client and access restricted to those who need it: the map protects the operation, it does not expose it.
- 03
Respect for large operations
An asset without an owner is an incident waiting to happen. Master keeps the lifecycle alive, from registration to disposal, so that the configuration base stays trustworthy after the project ends.
