What is at stake
Too many alerts is the same as no alerts. When the screen lives red, the team learns to ignore the screen, and the deviation that mattered goes by with all the others.
How Master works
Master starts from the service, not from the equipment: what has to be up for the business to work, and what threatens that. From that reading come the thresholds, the correlation and the silence rule. Monitoring everything is easy; monitoring what changes a decision is the work.
In the operations centre Master watches, identifies and handles. The alert becomes context, the context becomes priority, and the priority becomes action with the client informed while the operation recovers. What we learn goes back into the design, and the noise drops with every cycle.

The Master way
The platform is Zabbix, alongside Prometheus, Grafana and InfluxDB, with a Zabbix Certified Specialist and Certified Professional team. Who keeps watch and takes over the incident is Master.
The technology belongs to the vendor. What Master puts on top of it is people who care, discipline with information, and respect for large operations.

People who care
An operations centre is people watching screens in shifts. Master looks after those who look after: predictable rotas, continued training and a team that knows each other, because whoever hands over the baton needs to trust whoever takes it.

Information security
Monitoring sees the whole environment, so it has to be as protected as what it observes. Segregated collection, access by profile and retention agreed with the client keep the visibility tool from becoming a point of exposure.

Respect for large operations
An alert nobody handles is debt. Master periodically reviews what fires without producing action and switches off what does not serve, so the screen still means something at four in the morning.
