Enablement for the client teams on the tools they operate, taught by the people who run those tools in production.
What is at stake
Generic training teaches the tool. The client team needs to learn the tool inside their own environment, with the names, the integrations and the habits it already has.
How Master works
Master builds the class from the client environment. The labs reproduce the real scenario, the examples use the chains and the services that team follows every day, and the track changes with the profile: whoever operates, whoever administers and whoever decides architecture do not need the same class.
Whoever teaches operates in production. That changes the kind of question the class can ask, because the answer comes from someone who has been up at night solving it.

The Master way
The tools belong to Zabbix and BMC. Whoever teaches the class is the same team that runs those tools in production.

Training the client team is the opposite of creating dependency. Master teaches so the internal team can take over, and stays close for what cannot be taken over alone yet.

The lab mirrors the real scenario without carrying real data. Masked test data and an isolated environment, so that learning does not cost exposure.

Respect for large operations
At the end of the class there is material, a record of what was covered and a path to continue. Knowledge that lives only in the head of whoever attended evaporates at the first reassignment.
